2️⃣ Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Users must provide accurate information during sign-up and when using the app.

3️⃣ Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Anaisin may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms. No refunds are provided after payments are processed.

4️⃣ User Content

By submitting ratings, reviews, or other content on Anaisin, you grant us the right to use, display, and share this content for business purposes.

5️⃣ Prohibited Activities

You may not misuse Anaisin by engaging in unlawful activities, spamming, infringing on intellectual property, or violating the rights of others.

Anaisin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Anaisin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Anaisin may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Anaisin means you accept the updated terms.

By providing your phone number through the Anaisin app, booking forms, account registration forms, promotional signup forms, or in-salon check-in and manually selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from Anaisin LLC and participating salons.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected and requires customers to manually opt in.

SMS messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, loyalty rewards updates, gift card notifications, service-related updates, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to unsubscribe at any time.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
