Anaisin SMS Opt-In Process

Customers may choose to receive SMS messages from Anaisin LLC and participating salons through the Anaisin mobile application.

How Customers Opt In

  1. Customers enter their mobile phone number during account registration or profile completion.

  2. A separate SMS consent checkbox appears directly below the phone number field.

  3. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and requires active user selection.

  4. Customers can create an account without checking the SMS consent box. SMS enrollment is completely optional.

  5. Customers who choose to receive SMS messages must manually select the following consent statement:

I agree to receive SMS messages from Anaisin LLC and participating salons regarding appointment reminders, booking updates, loyalty rewards, gift card notifications, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

  1. SMS consent is presented separately from the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and is never bundled with any other agreement.

  2. Consent records, disclosure text, source, and timestamps are securely stored within the Anaisin platform for compliance purposes.

Message Types

Customers who opt in may receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Booking updates and check-in notifications

  • Loyalty rewards updates

  • Gift card notifications

  • Account notifications

  • Occasional promotional offers from participating salons

Message frequency varies based on customer activity.

After opting out, customers will receive the following confirmation message:
